Refund policy
- Returns We accept returns only in case of defective or wrong items delivered. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at newkoshur@gmail.com Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
- Exchange Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved exchange of the same item will be processed and delivered to your original address within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Β
- Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be processed/shipped.
