1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 2. Shipping Methods & Timelines Domestic Orders (within India): Delivery within 10 business days depending on the location. International Orders: Delivery may take 15–20 business days, subject to customs clearance in the destination country. 3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value (if applicable). 4. Tracking Orders Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email/SMS. Customers can track their orders directly with the courier partner. 5. Delays While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. International Shipping & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
